Description
Riding Club Membership
Club Membership: Renewed in January each year. Membership application forms should be submitted in all cases. New membership applications will be considered at the next committee meeting. Club members receive full access and discounted fees across the TRC facilities.
Schooling: Booking of arena schooling, cross-country schooling or event entry can be done here.
Members also have the option to pay for the arena & cross country on site. Please ensure your name, date of use and arena/cross country option is clearly marked on the envelope. The cross-country course may be closed due to continued wet weather in which case it will not be available to book on our calendar and notifications will be on the TRC Facebook page and will be sent to members. However, members may walk down to the river on horseback. Contact the TRC phone for the current gate code once you have booked. This will be changed on a regular basis.
Instructors: Any instructors giving lessons on the TRC grounds must present a hard copy of their instructors insurance details to the TRC committee prior to any lessons taking place.
Volunteering: All members are expected to assist with running events to ease the burden and facilitate more activities, competitions and the continued growth and development of our club. Club members will be notified via WhatsApp when assistance is required but please don’t be afraid to use your initiative e.g. no one will be upset if the toilet is spontaneously cleaned or if weeding is done. We are also very happy to receive new sponsors for events etc.
AIRC membership is optional
Membership of the AIRC must be booked through the Riding Club.
Both Tinahely Riding Club membership fees and AIRC membership fees must be paid to the TRC before your AIRC application will be submitted.
