Arena – Schooling & Lessons
Please Read Before Booking
This option is for non-members. By continuing to book you are agreeing to the terms below. Only instructors listed are permitted to coach on the TRC grounds. (If your instructor is not listed please contact us before booking for a lesson.)
Booking is for one horse & one rider only. Additional horse or rider within the same time slot may be added using “Additional Horse/Rider” option and will be charged in addition.
All lessons must be booked in and are restricted to one at a time. Instructor’s current insurance must be on file with the TRC Committee before lessons can take place.
Lessons may not take place if the time slot is already booked by another rider or a clinic is taking place. There may be other riders schooling in the arena during your booked time. Please contact the TRC phone if you wish to exclusively book the arena. This will be at an additional cost.
All minor riders (under 17) must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the TRC facilities. In the event of an accident, first aid kit and emergency contact numbers are located in the container beside the arena. An incident report must be completed for all accidents or falls, also located in the container. All riders are expected to be courteous to each other.
Description
How to Book
Step 1: Select Date To Book
Select your preferred date on the calendar. On narrower screens you can scroll right to view and select days within the month.
Note: Bookings can be made no more than 7 days in advance. Days / time slots that are already booked will not be available to select on the calendar.
Step 2: Select Timeslot(s)
Select your required time slot. If you are booking the arena for a lesson please input your instructors name in the space provided. If you wish to add an additional horse and/or rider to the booking choose the “Additional Horse/Rider” option. This option applies only if there will be more than one horse or rider using the arena for your booked slot and will be charged in addition. Additional rider’s name must be included in the comments box. Click Add to Basket to book.
Step 3: Review Selections
Click on the shopping trolley icon at the top of the page to review your selected times. Note: you can still make changes by deleting items or by adding more time slots in Step 1 and 2.
Step 4: Enter Coupon Codes
Enter your coupon codes if applicable in the space provided and click the Apply Coupon button. This will update your basket with any relevant discounts.
Step 5: Checkout To Confirm Your Booking
Select Proceed to Checkout and enter your contact details. Choose your payment method and complete your booking. If you have selected Pay on Arrival please ensure you leave your payment clearly marked in the post box when you arrive at the TRC grounds.
